The New Jersey Department of Health (the Department) is requesting the assistance of all local health departments to complete the below survey by Friday September 13, 2024. The Department is required by the Single Use Plastics Law (N.J.S.A. 13:1E-99.132) to provide an effectiveness report on the SUPS portion of the plastics law.
The Department appreciates the assistance all the local health departments have provided since the fall of 2021 when the SUPS portion of the law went into effect. Once again, we need your help by completing the survey here:
