Effective March 10, 2023, Multi-factor authentication (MFA) will be required to login to the Communicable Disease Reporting and Surveillance System (CDRSS).

Following username and password input in the CDRSS login screen, a six-digit authentication code will be sent to the email address on file in CDRSS. Users will be able to access the system after submission of the authentication code received by email in the CDRSS authentication pop-up screen.

Users should verify the email address associated with their CDRSS account to ensure uninterrupted access to the system.
