Please find attached the NJDOH vector-borne surveillance report for week 24.

Report highlights:
Statewide mosquito surveillance began on May 20th. West Nile Virus (WNV) was detected in one mosquito pool in Burlington County (week 22). 
Jamestown Canyon Virus was detected in one mosquito pool in Bergen County (week 22).
There have been no WNV or EEE positive cases detected in humans or animals this season.
Tick-related ED visits in 2022 are below seasonal trends observed in the past 5 years but are above 2021 levels.
