The Communicable Disease Service of the New Jersey Department of
Health is pleased to announce New Jersey's fourth annual Antimicrobial
Stewardship Recognition Program (ASRP)! This
program invites healthcare facilities across the state to submit materials that
document the breadth and depth of their antimicrobial stewardship efforts in
order to commend and reward their good work, develop/enhance collaborative
relationships, and identify best practices based upon the Centers for Disease
Control and Prevention’s Seven Core Elements for Antimicrobial
Stewardship.
All New Jersey healthcare facilities are eligible to apply, and there is no limit to the number of facilities that can be recognized for their stewardship efforts. Applications will be released on June 1, 2022 and will be available
until August 1, 2022. Interested facilities are encouraged to read the announcement (attached) and to visit the ASRP website for more information: https://www.state.nj.us/health/cd/edu_training/ASP/asp_recognition.shtml
Please direct all questions for the program and applications to CDS at 609-292-5811 or via email at abxaware@doh.nj.gov.
