For Healthcare Facilities: COVID-19 Community Levels do not apply in healthcare settings, such as hospitals and nursing homes. Instead, healthcare settings should continue to use community transmission rates and/or NJDOH COVID-19 Weekly CALI and Variant Surveillance Reports (as appropriate).
NOTE: The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) have recently updated the QSO-20-38-NH (3/10/2022) & QSO-20-39-NH (3/10/2022) that applies to CMS certified nursing homes. Notable updates are changes to align with current CDC recommendations. Please refer to the QSO for additional details.
