The New Jersey Department of Health (NJDOH) is hosting a webinar training on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 from 10:00-11:30 AM, titled “A Deeper Dive into Legionella Outbreak Guidance for Local Health Departments”. This course will be offered as part of the NJDOH’s Legionella webinar “mini-series” and is designed to introduce and/or refresh public health professionals on Legionella, how it grows and spreads, and recommendations for outbreak response. This webinar will also provide guidance on performing environmental assessments, developing a sampling plan, risk communication strategies, and more!

The target audience for this course includes (but is not limited to) health officers, registered environmental health specialists, public health nurses, and disease investigators.

Registration for the webinar is a two-step process across.
